Ley Argentina Digital, la perspectiva de AlterMundi

El día 29 de Octubre, el gobierno dio a conocer el proyecto de ley Argentina Digital; esta ley viene a reemplazar la actual normativa en materia de comunicaciones que data de 1972.

El proyecto muestra un enfoque actualizado a la realidad de la época, regulando la totalidad de los servicios de información, las comunicaciones y sus recursos asociados en una misma normativa. Declara la comunicación como un derecho humano y como un factor preponderante en la independencia tecnológica. Se propone la finalidad de posibilitar el acceso «de la totalidad de los habitantes de la República Argentina a los servicios de la información y las comunicaciones, en condiciones sociales y geográficas equitativas, con los más altos parámetros de calidad».

Muy buenos días a todos nuestros lectores desde esta cálida Colombia. Este artículo será el primero de cinco que narrarán las experiencias de quien les escribe en su viaje de 23 días por las regiones de Cundinamarca y Tolima, en el frondoso país de Colombia. En esta oportunidad se incluyen las actividades entre el 19 y el 25 de abril: el 1er Flisol Fusagasugá en el Instituto Técnico Industrial de Fusagasugá, la Jornada de Software Libre y una práctica de antenas en la UdeC Fusagasugá y el Taller de Software Libre en la UdeC Soacha. Entre esos días también tuve la oportunidad de conocer el pueblo de San Bernardo.
